Catto Senpai ($10)
Got the Catto Senpai with no sugar. I loved how the matcha had a rich, velvety texture with a pleasant umami finish. Smooth, creamy, and well-balanced, it's a great choice for those who enjoy a more traditional matcha experience.
Ichigo Catosaki ($10)
We also tried the Ichigo Catosaki with less sweetness, which layers strawberry kombucha jam, milk, and a silky tofu foam before being finished with freshly whisked matcha. The tofu foam has a subtle soy-like flavour, while the strawberry adds a touch of sweetness that complements the matcha well.
As someone who usually drinks matcha with no sugar, I found the Ichigo Catosaki slightly too sweet for my liking. I'd definitely be back to try more from their menu.
