Seoul & So is a new modern Korean steakhouse at National Gallery Singapore which has only been open for 2 weeks. The vibes is really cool and modern, and definitely adds to the whole dining experience.

Japanese Wagyu A4 Rib Cap Lifter (100gr) $45
Just look at that marbling. Super juicy, rich and full of flavour in every single bite. The fat melts right through the meat making it incredibly smooth and satisfying. Easily the star of the night and my top pick of the whole meal.

Korean Hanwoo 1++ Striploin (200gr) $118
My first time trying Hanwoo beef. It was really tender with a bold, beefy flavour which is pretty good. Personally more of a ribeye person so I still preferred the Wagyu.

Korean Baek-Dweji Pork Belly (100gr) $19
The pork belly has such a strong, beautiful smoky flavour with a nice golden caramelised outside and juicy on the inside.

Yukhwe $25
Korean-style beef tartare made with finely chopped fresh beef, topped with an egg yolk, pine nuts and finished with a drizzle of sesame oil that adds a nice nutty aroma. Served alongside crisp Korean pear which gives a refreshing crunch that balances the richness of the beef really well. Fresh, clean and a really solid way to start the meal.

Naengi Doenjang Jjigae $19
A classic fermented soybean paste stew, savoury and comforting. Comes with rice.
